Real results from complex marine operations around the UAE and Africa. From routine maintenance to emergency response, see how we deliver excellence below the waterline.
Salvage & Technical Solutions
Project 1 : Operation Hamriya Port, 5 Vessel Salvage and Wreck Removal

Before

Before:
Five grounded and sunken vessels obstructed navigation within Hamriya Port, posing safety risks to port operations and marine traffic.
Execution:
The operation began with site assessment and underwater inspections by certified divers. Salvage plans were developed, followed by controlled refloating, cutting, and removal of wrecks using approved lifting and towing methods. All activities were conducted in coordination with port authorities and in compliance with safety standards.
After:
All five vessels were successfully salvaged and removed. The port channel was cleared, navigation safety restored, and normal port operations resumed without disruption.

Project 2 : Operation 180° Re-Float

Before

Before:
We were called in after a barge had capsized, flipping completely upside down its top side resting on the seabed. The situation was critical, and the barge was unusable in its inverted state. Our goal was to restore it.
Execution:
We planned meticulously, beginning with surveys and underwater inspections. After careful assessment, our salvage masters devised a solution: a full 180-degree flip. Using specialized lifting and buoyancy techniques, we carefully reoriented the barge until it was upright. Once flipped, we refloated it to the surface.
After:
The operation was a success. The barge was fully upright and refloated, returned to operational condition. It was once again ready for use, highlighting the efficiency and precision of the operation.

Project 3 : Search and Recovery

Before:
We were called for a search and recovery task after a 20-meter steel beam was dropped into the sea by a shipping crew. Its precise location was unknown, and recovery was required.
Execution:
Using our SRP unit and live CCTV diving, we conducted a thorough search until we located the beam. Once found, we secured it in place and marked it for recovery. The final retrieval was left to the ship’s crew, once the beam was properly identified and secured.
After:
The beam was fully marked and stabilized, ready for retrieval by the client’s team. Our role ensured a smooth handoff, minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe recovery process.

Project 4 : Hole Blanking

Before

Before:
We were called in when a vessel reported water ingress in its hull. The crew suspected a breach but needed precise location and immediate action to prevent further flooding.
Execution:
We conducted an underwater inspection , locating the exact hole in the hull. Once identified, we performed a controlled blanking operation to stop the ingress. After securing the area, we welded the hole and followed up with permanent welding to ensure structural integrity.
After:
The vessel was stabilized, water ingress was halted, and the hull was fully restored with proper welding. Our intervention ensured the vessel could resume safe operation, minimizing downtime.

Project 5 : Sea Chest Blanking

Before

Before:
We were called in for a sea chest blanking operation. The vessel’s crew needed to replace internal valves safely and required the sea chest to be sealed off externally to prevent water ingress during the repairs.
Execution:
Our team performed an underwater inspection to locate the sea chest opening. Using underwater welding techniques, we blanked off the sea chest, sealing it externally. This allowed the crew to safely conduct internal valve replacements without any water ingress.
After:
Once the internal work was completed, the blanking was removed. The operation ensured a dry, safe environment inside the vessel during repairs, and once complete, the vessel resumed normal operations.
